  • The item must be returned with original tags, packaging, and receipt/invoice.

  • You must initiate the return within 3–7 days of receiving your order.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items on sale or clearance.

  • Innerwear, cosmetics, or hygiene products.

  • Items that show signs of wear or use.

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued via mobile banking or store credit.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent.

  • If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo or video as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
